Metal Pressing

We press small metal parts by cold forming on TPO automatic presses and eccentric presses with a pressing force of up to 63 tonnes.
We mainly process copper, bronze, brass and steel, including spring steel.

Metal Machining
Machining parts on automatic lathes with a diameter of up to 40 mm.
We mainly process are steel, copper and bronze.

Surface Finishes
We provide contact parts with surface finishes – silver, nickel, tin (gold is also possible).
We provide steel parts with surface finishes – zinc including passivation such as blue chromate (Cr 3+) and passivation with layer sealing according to the customer’s requirements – all our surface finishes are without Cr 6+ (yellow chromate).

We design, manufacture and provide tool maintenance

Assembly
The final products are completed using single-purpose equipment.
