H.L.F. manufactures combined steering column switches intended for use in both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. These controls ensure comfortable and safe operation of key vehicle functions.
The combined switch consists of a turn signal and lighting switch fitted with a clamp for mounting onto the steering column housing, and a wiper switch. The design is engineered for long service life, reliability and seamless integration into the vehicle’s electrical system.
Turn signal and lighting switch
The switch allows control of several important vehicle functions:
- turning on the left and right turn signals,
- automatically turning off the turn signals after the wheels straighten,
- switching between low and high beams,
- controlling the light horn,
- activating the horn,
- activating the hazard lights.
Wiper switch
The wiper switch offers several operating modes to ensure optimal visibility in various weather conditions:
- off,
- low-speed wipe,
- high-speed wipe,
- intermittent mode,
- windshield washer control.
Supplied with a wire harness
All switches are supplied with a wire harness designed for easy connection to the vehicle’s electrical system. The wire harnesses are terminated with the appropriate plugs and sockets using flat tabs or sockets, depending on the specific switch type and application requirements.
