3. Scope of data
- Identification details (name, e-mail, phone, company)
- Content of the inquiry
- Anonymised IP address (for form protection)
4. Legal basis
Performance of a contract, respectively pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Legitimate interest of the controller in protecting the form against misuse.
5. Retention period
12 months from the last communication if no business relationship is established. For executed contracts, archived in line with statutory retention periods. Anonymised IPs in logs: automatic rotation after 90 days.
6. Processors
Hosting provider (Systems90.cz). No personal data is transferred outside the EU.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz). To exercise your rights, contact us at marketing@hlf.cz.
