Plastic injection moulding

For the manufacturing of plastic parts we use modern hydraulic injection moulding presses with a clamping force up to 120 tonnes and a maximum shot weight of 194 grams. Injection moulding technology enables the production of precision engineering mouldings as well as overmoulding of metal inserts, resulting in structurally complex and the highly durable components.

Other materials can be used per customer requirements and intended application.

Thermoset moulding

In addition to conventional injection moulding, we also manufacture parts using thermoset materials. This technology is particularly suitable for components requiring high thermal resistance, dimensional stability and long service life even in demanding operating conditions.

Mould design and manufacture

Our services include complete design, manufacturing and maintenance of injection and compression moulds. Thanks to our own technical know-how, we are able to optimise production processes and ensure high quality of the final products.

Assembly of units

In addition to manufacturing individual components, we also provide the assembly of final products and units on dedicated single-purpose equipment. We thus offer customers a comprehensive solution — ranging from the design and manufacture of parts to delivery of a fully assembled product ready for use.
