Range of manufacturing technologies
Metal stamping
We specialise in cold-forming of small metal parts on automatic TPO presses and eccentric presses with a stamping force of up to 63 tonnes. We process a wide range of materials — primarily copper, brass, bronze, steel and spring steel.
Metal machining
We carry out precision machining of metal parts on automatic lathes up to ⌀ 40 mm. The most commonly machined materials are steel, copper and bronze. Manufacturing is geared both to series orders and to specific customer requirements.
Surface treatments
To ensure the required electrical, mechanical and corrosion properties, we offer a wide range of surface treatments.

- Cr3+ passivation (blue chromate)
- special passivation with layer sealing per customer specification
All surface treatments meet current environmental requirements and are carried out without hexavalent chromium (Cr6+).
Tool development and manufacturing
We provide design, manufacturing, and ongoing maintenance of production tools. Our in-house toolroom allows us to respond quickly to customer requirements, optimise production and guarantee high part quality.
Final-product assembly
Our services also include the assembly of final units on dedicated single-purpose equipment. As a result, we offer a complete solution — ranging from the production of individual components to delivering a finished product ready for use.
