Cable lugs

Cable lugs are used for safe and reliable electrical wire termination. They are produced in several design variants depending on the specific application. We offer in particular:

• open-barrel cable lugs,
• special straight cable lugs,
• special angled cable lugs,
• versions designed for soldering to the conductor core,
• versions designed for crimping to both the conductor core and insulation.

For crimped versions the mechanical connection of the conductor can be further secured by soldering to achieve maximum strength and electrical conductivity.

Pins

Pin contacts are designed to create electrical connections in a wide range of devices and components. They are produced in various shapes and dimensions according to customer requirements and the specific application. The product range includes:

• flat tabs (blades),
• pins for connecting wires to bulb lampholders,
• round pins,
• special pins manufactured to individual specifications.

The contacts are designed for long-term reliability, low contact resistance and resistance to mechanical stress.

Sockets

Socket contacts serve as matings to pin connections and are designed for safe and firm wire connection in electrical circuits. The product range includes in particular:

• sockets for connecting wires to PCBs,
• flat sockets for automotive and industrial connector systems.

The sockets are manufactured with an emphasis on dimensional precision, reliable contact and long service life even under repeated mating cycles.

Custom production

In addition to our standard product range we also develop and manufacture special contacts, cable lugs, pins and sockets according to customers’ technical specifications. Thanks to our in-house manufacturing technologies and years of experience, we are able to offer flexible solutions for both small-batch and high-volume production.
